Flat White Resources @ SS15, Subang

Nowadays, the brunch lifestyle started to 'plant' into our culture, especially this term is famous to be use by those who wake up late on weekend. 'Brunch' stands for breakfast and lunch which people will be having both of the meals together in between the mealtime (which is around 11-12pm).

Last weekend my friend and I supposed to meet up for brunch, but due to some reasons,  we changed our meeting time to breakfast. Well, brunch is a part of breakfast, right? So, we chose to have the breakfast near her staying place, which is in Subang.

As usual, we go hunt food at SS15 since there have a lot of shops, cafés, banks and others cuz Taylor College, INTI University, Sunway University, and SEGi College are in/near to that area. So, most of the students will be bombing and hang out there.

We went to Flat White Resources (what an unique name!), which is located at first floor, beside 1-2 shops apart from the Starbucks (the one near Taylor College and INTI University) and opposite to Asia Cafe. We reached there around 10am (which is EARLY for a Sunday), so we were the first customer of the café. Hahaha.

Customers need to order their food/cakes and beverages at the counter and make the payment upon ordering. Then make a seat and they will serve our food on table, instead self service. Their menu is very simple and not much for you to think so long and choose!

I ordered an European breakfast set and Flat White. Well, we were in Flat White Café, why not have the Flat White as my morning coffee?

The European breakfast set has benedict eggs and hams on top of breads with salads. I really like the breakfast set, especially the salad! I always hate to have breakfast so soon in a short time I woke up. But the salad is topped with vinegar or apple cider (I think so), as the sourish make my appetite better in the morning.

My friend had a Cappucino to greet her 'wake up' in the morning. But.. I just can't understand why her Cappucino is served in a glass cup instead in a ceramic mug like mine. Lol usually café served the hot Cappuccino in mug one.. Maybe they want to be a special one. Haha

My friend had the Aglio Olio. I noticed my receipt that the café stated 'Aglio Olio (Abruzzo)'. Wondering what is Abruzzo? I also wondered that. Hahaha. I thought is a type of aglio olio etc, but apparently it is the nothernmost region of Southern Italy. The spaghetti seems like small portion, actually is just the plate is too big for it.

I like the way they decorate the café in using the blackboard (Malaysia's term) or chalk board as their 'wallpaper'. Chalk board is environmental friendly as people can keep drawing or writing what they want and then erase off. The café have their menu on the board for now.

Another side of the chalk board, they have the periodic table of coffee, stating the types of coffee and also what the countries are famous for their coffee.

The café environment is simple and cozy. Around 12pm, I went back to the café to find my missing S pen (Samsung Galaxy Note 2's pen) which I thought I have dropped in the café. At that time, people were pumping in to that place and I noticed most of the customers are college students, bringing their homework or assignment to do there. This place is truly strategic to the nearest colleges/universities for the students to visit.
