Review: Clinique Repairwear Intensive Lip Treatment

It's been a long time since I updated this blog. I have been away for a mini getaway during this Hari Raya holidays and it was the busiest period for me after I came back. So sorry for the delay! (>.<) Let's rock back by this beauty product's review!

I have a very very very dry lips. Drinking much water does not help me anywhere. I went to see skin specialist, using some creams bought from pharmacies and also tried a lot of lip balms.. I 'invested' so much to heal my lips but there is no improvement or my lips heal at all. There were more lip balms I used but I threw them away.

One day, as usual I searched for recommendations to heal this kind of lips in Google, I stumbled on comments about this lip balm treatment. It was the Clinique Repairwear Intensive Lip Treatment. All comments said that they used this lip treatment and gained a good result repairing their dried flaky lips. So, I went to buy one to try out.

This lip balm costs me around RM120 in Jusco but I bought from Parkson, it costs only RM118. I dunno is discounted or different stores sell at different price. But I recommend you to buy at Parkson cuz I bought once at Parkson in KLCC, they gave me a RM10 voucher for the purchase. More money saving for me when I'm going to purchase another!

Seriously, this expensive-lil-thing-yet-can-used-up-in-a-month showed me a good result! At least it is worth every cents I paid for! Eventhough it is expensive, think back of how much lip balms I bought and wasted...

As you can see, this lip balm quite "short". The direction of using this is only to apply once in the morning and once in the night. It may lasts for one month plus but for me, it only lasted for one month. Cuz I will still apply once again after I had my meals.

One thing I love this lip balm is that it is fragrance free! I can't handle the taste and smell if the lip balm tastes like soap. This lip balm does not have any colour, but it still have a tint of 'naked' colour. The lip balm stays longer time which I do not need to reapply it every 10 mins and it's not very oily.

Ingredients: --I'm not going to type out all of the ingredients, but you can click to this website: http://www.cosdna.com/eng/cosmetic_4d0b39452.html to check the ingredients--

Summarize version: This lip balm has the formula to repair the look of lip-area lines and wrinkles, protect against the environment with an immediate and sustained release of antioxidants, boost natural collagen production and replenish the natural moisture barrier so lips stay soft and hydrated.

My lips is no longer dry! *thumbs up* However, this is only a temporary treatment.. That means my lips will still dry out if I didn't apply it. So, I still need to find other way to 'fix' my lips. Any suggestion from you? You can drop some comments to me! (^^)

xoxo,
your lil BFF
